Last weekend of summer, Part 1

For Pascal Uehli, black and white photography offers an exciting opportunity to play not only with emotions but also with weather conditions. While many photographers may find it surprising, Pascal prefers shooting in adverse weather conditions. These conditions allow him to intensify emotions and also physically challenge the models. This results in captivating photo series like the one with Audé, taken on the last weekend before the closure of the Grimsel Pass at the end of summer. The clouds hung low, the first snow had fallen, and the wind and fine rain made photography challenging. Despite the obstacles, a character-driven editorial was created in the end.
